We are hiring a Senior IT Analyst for a great client in Westminster, CA, on a contract basis. This role is responsible for supporting, developing, and maintaining the organization’s IT systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Intune application deployment, computer configuration, and hands-on networking tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring ports and VLANs while ensuring optimal system performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage applications using Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless software distribution and endpoint management.
- Configure and maintain computer systems using Intune, enforcing security policies and optimizing performance.
- Perform hands-on networking tasks, including configuring ports and VLANs to support IT infrastructure needs.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing IT systems and infrastructure.
- Define and document business and technical requirements for IT solutions.
- Provide technical support for software applications, databases, and IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement IT solutions and resolve issues.
- Support end-users by responding to IT-related requests and providing training as needed.
- Assist in system testing, upgrades, and integration of new technology solutions.
- Monitor system security and performance, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
- Maintain documentation on IT processes, policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, including application deployment and device configuration.
- Hands-on networking experience, including the ability to configure ports and VLANs.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise applications.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.
- Familiarity with database management, reporting tools, and business applications.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with security protocols and risk assessments is a plus.
