We are hiring for a great client in Irvine, CA, seeking a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for an on-site temp-to-hire opportunity. This role requires a sharp and engaged professional to handle front desk responsibilities and administrative tasks.

 

Required Schedule:

  • Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative projects and clerical support.
  • Maintain office organization and ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Provide general office support as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
