We are hiring for a great client in Irvine, CA, seeking a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for an on-site temp-to-hire opportunity. This role requires a sharp and engaged professional to handle front desk responsibilities and administrative tasks.
Required Schedule:
- Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative projects and clerical support.
- Maintain office organization and ensure reception area is tidy.
- Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented.
